Anatol Timoszuk Appointed Chairman of the Board of AC SA

We would like to inform you that on February 3, 2026, Katarzyna Rutkowska resigned from her position on the Management Board of AC S.A. We thank her for her many years of dedication, professionalism, and significant contribution to the Company’s development.

At the same time, the Supervisory Board has appointed Anatol Timoszuk to serve as the Company’s CEO. It is with great joy that we welcome the President back at the helm of the Management Board of AC S.A.
