The AC S.A. chassis dynamometer is also among the most advanced in the country. Given the vast number of prototype, experimental, and testing activities, it is essential to verify equipment under every type of load encountered in everyday use. In addition to examining the effects of the environment, electromagnetic pulses, and radiation, it is obviously necessary to test the system under load, just as it would be during actual driving. Our Research and Development Center provides this capability by offering a state-of-the-art dynamometer.
We invite you to use our diagnostic tool. It allows you to simulate the engine loads that occur during normal driving without having to leave the laboratory environment. You can test in real-world conditions how all devices connected to the engine will behave when it is exposed to standard daily driving conditions. Such observation in the laboratory provides a wealth of useful information and allows for continuity of testing when conducting comprehensive studies across multiple facilities at the AC S.A. Research and Development Center.
The dynamometer at our Center is designed for continuous testing of vehicles with up to 1,000 horsepower! There are only two such facilities in Poland. That is why we are open to the world and are happy to make our resources available to interested parties. Our Outsourcing Department will be happy to prepare a customized offer for each interested party.
How does it work? The vehicle is placed on the test stand, after which a simulation of any road conditions begins. It is possible to test the response of all components during city, highway, and combined driving modes, under various loads and at different speeds, which can reach up to 180–240 km/h. Extreme loads determine whether the systems and components function correctly—including an analysis of pollutant emissions. These types of tests ensure that the products being tested will perform reliably under all conditions.
