EMS
Comprehensive electronics manufacturing—from design to finished module. We provide precision SMT/THT assembly, testing, and full engineering support for even the most demanding projects.

SMT surface-mount assembly is one of the many areas of expertise that AC S.A. can boast. Our success in this field is best illustrated by one impressive figure: as many as 80,000 components roll off the production line every hour. Such efficiency is made possible by our dedicated team and state-of-the-art machinery. We operate two lines for the surface-mount assembly (SMT) of electronic components on printed circuit boards. AC S.A.’s offerings include single- and double-sided assembly, as well as assembly using reflow soldering or adhesive bonding. Of course, we also ensure quality control of component placement
The machines and equipment used in the assembly process are supplied by proven and reputable manufacturers. These include: FUJI NXT – 5 modules (4x M3S, 1x M6S), ERSA N-Wave 330, Speedline MPM Accuflex and Momentum, and BTU Pyramax 100N and BTU Pyramax 98 ovens.
The FUJI NXT is a state-of-the-art, automated SMT assembly machine that is part of a production line. The machine was designed to meet the specific requirements of production environments.
Interchangeable heads allow the modules to operate in two modes: as a "chip shooter" for components as small as 0.6 x 0.3 mm (0201) and as a machine for the precise placement of large components up to 74 x 74 mm. In its fastest configuration, the platform achieves a throughput of 60,000 cph. Intelligent feeders allow components to be loaded while the machine is running and also eliminate the possibility of errors. The machine can accommodate up to 120 feeders of various types. The presence of a tray feeder with a 10-position elevator enables the placement of many different electronic assemblies in a single cycle without limiting the machine’s production capacity. In addition, the automatic assembly machine is equipped with a 5-position vibratory feeder used for small-batch and prototype production. The NXT machine is designed to handle PCBs up to 534 x 610 mm in size. The accuracy of the manufactured products is ensured by the Fuji Trax traceability system, which tracks the production process by recording all events such as the types of components placed by operators, the occurrence of errors, achieved productivity, etc. This information is stored in a database system, allowing users to view “what, when, and from what the machine produced.”

MPM AccuFlex and MPM Momentum screen printing presses
An automatic machine for screen-printing solder paste or adhesive, equipped with a vision-based PCB positioning system and automatic inspection of the applied paste. The machine is capable of handling PCBs measuring 584 x 508 mm and up to 5 mm thick. In addition, the machine features an automatic system for positioning and retrieving PCB supports with precise positioning, ensuring even distribution of the paste or adhesive in the specified locations. To maintain the cleanliness and patency of the screen printing stencils, the machine is equipped with an active rinsing system using a chemical agent and a vacuum system. An automatic dispenser with an empty container notification function is responsible for the proper dispensing of solder paste. The machine’s software, which collects data on the entire process, ensures the correct application of the adhesive. Thanks to optical inspection, the process can be monitored automatically without requiring the operator’s constant attention.
The BTU Pyramax 100N and BTU Pyramax 98 ovens
Fully automatic reflow soldering ovens equipped with 8 heating zones—the Pyramax 100N—and 7 heating zones—the Pyramax 98. Both ovens are controlled by specialized software that ensures the stability of the heating process and records data throughout its duration. The maximum temperature reached in each heating zone is 350 degrees Celsius. In addition, the Pyramax 100N furnace offers the option of soldering in a nitrogen atmosphere.
ERSA N-WAVE 330 Wave Soldering Machine
This microprocessor-controlled nitrogen-shielded wave soldering system meets the highest standards for solder joint quality and PCB cleanliness. It is equipped with an intelligent spray flux module. The heating zone features a modular design comprising convection heaters, infrared radiators, and high-speed quartz heaters that can be controlled independently in each section. Two innovative computer-controlled solder nozzles ensure optimal wave contact time during the soldering process.
- nitrogen atmosphere
- PCB working width: 330 mm
- spray fluxing module
- 2 types of flow (turbulent, laminar)

PVA Selective Coating Machine
It ensures a clean, efficient selective coating process without the need for various types of masks or covers on the printed circuit board. A curtain nozzle or needle valve can be used. Thanks to an additional axis and the use of head and dispensing valve rotation, the device allows for programmable avoidance of prohibited components on the printed circuit board. The movement of the dispensing valve allows for changing the angle of the dispensing needle, thereby providing access to components and shaded areas on the printed circuit board.
- working area 500 mm x 500 mm x 100 mm,
- repeatability 0.025 mm,
- positioning resolution of 0.005 mm,
- curtain width control,
- monitoring of paint pressure and temperature,
- control of the amount of varnish applied
IR2000 Infrared Heater
Equipped with heating modules on both the top and bottom sides. The space above and below the printed circuit board allows for the use of boards with tall components.
- The maximum temperature of the heating panel is 260°
- chain conveyor width: min. 51 mm, max. 457 mm
AREX Laser Marking Machine
This device is designed for marking materials that absorb infrared light (e.g., metals, plastics, paper, leather, and silicone). The marking machine is equipped with a 20-watt fiber laser with a wavelength of 1064 nm, used for surface engraving. The best results on plastics are achieved with:
- PC – polycarbonate
- PEEK – polyether ether ketone
- PP – polypropylene
- PVC – polyvinyl chloride
- PE – polyethylene
- PET – polyethylene terephthalate
- The laser's working area is 100 x 100 mm
