AC S.A. Research and Development Center
AC S.A. is a company that has long combined experience with a bold approach to innovation. We know that the future of the automotive industry is built on knowledge, technology, and continuous development—which is why we established our own Research and Development Center, the heart of our R&D operations.
Spanning over 2,000 square meters, the facility houses a complex of modern laboratories and seven specialized technical departments. Here, nearly 40 engineers, electronics specialists, mechanics, and IT professionals work every day on new solutions, prototype projects, and the refinement of existing products. The teams have access to, among other things, test workshops, engine and chassis dynamometers, test benches for gasoline, hybrid, and diesel vehicles, as well as the company’s own LPG and CNG refueling station used for technological testing.
The center serves many purposes—from prototyping to compatibility and environmental testing, and advanced certification. It is here that solutions are developed to strengthen AC S.A.’s position as a leader in innovation in the autogas, electronics, and automotive sectors. The R&D teams focus not only on new technologies but also on the continuous improvement of existing production processes.
Our research activities also involve close collaboration with universities, research institutes, and industry partners in the automotive sector. The exchange of knowledge and joint projects bring tangible benefits to both parties and accelerate the development of future technologies.
